    Rich, warming and full of depth, this colourway (69) is inspired by cosy autumn evenings curled up by the fire. Think earthy tones, gentle shifts of colour and that comforting, mellow glow - a perfect choice for socks that feel as snug as they look.

    A joyful little project for knitters who love colour and clever design, these Urth Uneek Sock Kits take the guesswork out of perfectly matching socks. Each kit includes two identical, pre-wound yarn cakes, so you can simply cast on and watch the stripes unfold in beautifully balanced, self-patterning colour.

    Spun from a soft yet durable blend of merino wool and nylon, this fingering weight yarn is comfortable to wear and made to last. Dyed by hand in Turkey, every colourway is full of character, with vibrant shifts that reveal themselves stitch by stitch. The Mahalle Sock pattern - named after the Turkish word for neighbourhood - is included via a handy QR code, with both toe-up and top-down options to suit your preferred way of knitting.

    The traditional toe-up construction has been passed down through generations, allowing you to try your socks on as you go and adjust the fit with ease. You can knit the leg to your desired length, making the most of every metre of yarn without worrying about running out. The pattern includes thoughtful techniques such as the Turkish figure-eight cast on, stockinette stitch and a Turkish heel flap, resulting in a beautifully fitting, wearable pair.

    This project is best suited to intermediate knitters who enjoy learning new techniques. The socks can be worked on double-pointed needles with the option to switch over to 9" circular needles for the foot, heel and cuff, using a single needle size throughout, although you may choose to size down slightly for a closer fit.

    If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy.  You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.

    Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
