Meticulously hand-painted in the Liberty design studio using gouache, the artwork celebrates the shawl’s traditional Asian-style motifs while giving them a fresh, contemporary presence. It’s a fabric made for garments that want to be noticed - full of colour, character and painterly charm.
Printed in Italy by expert craftsmen onto Liberty’s luxurious 16 momme Belgravia silk satin, the design truly comes into its own.
