The Alessandra Trousers are a timeless wardrobe staple with a beautifully tailored feel. Designed with a flattering high waist and a gently tapered leg, they offer a polished silhouette that's equally at home dressed up for work or paired with a simple knit for everyday wear. Thoughtful details include a flat front waistband, practical side pockets, a traditional front fly fastening and carefully positioned back darts for a smooth, comfortable fit.
This pattern is particularly well suited to medium-weight woven fabrics that hold their shape while retaining a soft drape. Linen, cotton twill, Tencel, lightweight wool and wool crepe all work beautifully, making Alessandra a versatile pattern that can be worn throughout the seasons. Many of the garments displayed throughout the Ciao Patterns collection have been made using Fabrics by Hilary, showcasing how beautifully this design works in quality Italian linens and dressmaking fabrics.
Ciao Patterns are designed with clarity in mind. Each size is colour coded for easy tracing, while unique line styles ensure sizes remain easy to distinguish when printed in black and white.
Recommended Fabrics: Linen, cotton twill, denim, lightweight wool, wool crepe, Tencel or heavy silk.

Returns
If you change your mind about an item or have received the incorrect item then we offer a very straightforward return policy. You may return unwanted goods up to 28 days after purchase for exchange, a store credit, or a refund.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold with original packaging and any tags intact. Goods must be unused, unopened, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition.
